This website does not store what you type into the contact form and does not send it to any server.
We use no cookies, analytics or advertising tools. This notice is provided under Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).
How the contact form works
When you fill in the form, your details are processed only in your own browser and turned into a draft message for WhatsApp or e-mail. Whether you send it is entirely up to you.
The draft is not kept on the site; when you close the page, the form contents are gone.
Once you send the message
When you send the message by WhatsApp or e-mail, the details you entered (name, phone, district, service, preferred time and your note) reach us. We use them only to answer your request and arrange the survey.
The legal basis is Article 5 of the KVKK: processing directly related to entering into a contract.
The site does not pass your details to third parties. Whichever channel you choose, its provider (WhatsApp or your e-mail service) processes the message to deliver it, under its own privacy policy.
We keep your messages only as long as we need them to answer your request, and then delete them.
Cookies and technical logs
The site has no cookies, analytics or tracking tools; fonts and images are loaded from the site itself, not from another service.
As with any website, the server hosting the site may keep technical access logs such as IP address, date and the page requested. These are used only for security and to keep the site running.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information, to ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and to object to its processing.
